Our 90-Day Guarantee

We stand behind every product we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 90 days of the date of purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

This guarantee covers all products sold on fetchbeauty.com and applies regardless of the reason for dissatisfaction.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund:

Return Shipping

For returns within the 90-day guarantee period, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for US customers. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at support@fetchbeauty.com with your order number and a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately — you do not need to return the item.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will ship the correct item at no additional cost and arrange collection of the incorrect item.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, simply return your original order for a full refund and place a new order for the item you want.
