Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on every order to the United States with no minimum order value required. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. After dispatch, estimated delivery times are as follows:

These are estimates only and not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at support@fetchbeauty.com.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee. If displayed at checkout, expedited services typically deliver within 5–8 business days to US addresses.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Fetch Beauty has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing an order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or if your package has not arrived within 25 business days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement shipment or issue a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your cost, or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
